Psychopharmacology

the latest evidence based practices.
Spravato (Esketamine)
Spravato is an FDA approved treatment for treatment resistant depression and for Major Depression Disorder with suicidal thoughts. This treatment can produce results within 24 hours. Spravato is administered twice a week in an outpatient setting. For more information please visit www.spravato.com
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
TMS is an FDA approved treatment for Major Depressive Disorder and treatment resistant depression. TMS is a non invasive outpatient treatment that stimulates certain parts of the brain. During the 20-30 minute sessions the patient is awake and can watch TV or listen to music.
The treatment consists of five weekly sessions for four to five weeks.
